This refurbishment addressed rising damp that was causing flaking, loss of adhesion and progressive deterioration of the exterior finishes.

When the coatings were stripped back, concealed damage proved more extensive than initially visible. The scope was therefore expanded to address both the effects of damp and the affected building elements.

The work included a chemical damp-proof barrier, wall waterproofing, repairs to lintels and structural elements, reinforcement protection, treatment of the marès sandstone substrate, replacement of damaged drainage components, new sill copings and complete façade levelling. The walls were then rebuilt and reinforced to create a stable, protected surface ready for a uniform, durable exterior finish.

The result went beyond a cosmetic renewal: it was a complete technical refurbishment, adapted during the work to the property's actual condition.

Complete transformation of an existing kitchen, with new cabinetry, new plasterboard suspended ceilings, updated LED lighting and new appliances.

The existing flooring was retained and new wall tiles were installed to renew the space. The fridge and ceramic hob were kept and carefully integrated into the new design, making the most of the investment while preserving functionality and a modern, carefully considered appearance.

The result is a brighter, more organised and functional kitchen, with high-quality finishes and a layout suited to everyday use.

Transformation of an old safareig water reservoir into a modern, functional pool, preserving the charm of its surroundings and adapting the existing structure for recreation and visual appeal.

The work included demolition and repairs to the original basin, formation of falls, installation of a central drain and drainage network, complete waterproofing and new ceramic tiling, while retaining and enhancing the traditional stone elements.

The result is a pool that blends into its surroundings, with high-quality finishes, a Mediterranean appearance and the technical safeguards needed for durable, safe use.

Complete roof refurbishment of a house in Pollença after severe deterioration was found in the existing timber beams, compromising roof stability and creating a risk of collapse.

The entire roof was dismantled, including beams, existing components and rubble, and a new timber structure was built. A multilayer roof system was installed with insulated sandwich panels for thermal and acoustic performance, an anti-condensation membrane, an Onduline under-tile system for waterproofing and drainage, and Borja clay tiles to preserve the traditional appearance of the house and its surroundings.

The result is a completely renewed roof that is safer, better insulated and waterproofed, with a construction system designed for lasting stability, durability and protection.
